TALLMAN - www.tallman.org
This song was tabbed by Adam Muirhead (madaemanon@yahoo.com).

Drop D (DADGBe)

The song starts off with bass and drums.
Paul plays a palm muted riff going into the first riff.
This is what he plays:

e-----x-------x-------x-|
B-----x-------x-------x-|
G-----x-------x-------x-|
D-0-0-x-0-0-0-x-0-0-0-x-|-3-5-3-1-3-0-|
A-0-0---0-0-0---0-0-0---|-3-5-3-1-3-0-|
D-0-0---0-0-0---0-0-0---|-3-5-3-1-3-0-|
^ ^ ^ strike the strings above the nut.

RIFF A (Chorus Riff)
D-1-3-5--5-5-3-1--1-1-3-5--5-6-5-3-5-0-|
A-1-3-5--5-5-3-1--1-1-3-5--5-6-5-3-5-0-|
D-1-3-5--5-5-3-1--1-1-3-5--5-6-5-3-5-0-|
this is a tricky riff to play, this probably isn't correct either.

RIFF B
D-5*--------5*----5-6-6-|
A-5*--------5*----5-6-6-|
D-5*--------5*----5-6-6-|
. <- mute all strings after
                            you play the 2nd 6.
The first time Paul strums it
The second he hits the strings with his hand
The third he strums again going into the next riff:

RIFF C
D-----------------------------------|
A-----------------------------------|
D-5-5--5-5/10-10--10-10\3-3-3/8-8-7-|
          ^ slide up ^down ^up
THEN
D--------------------------------------|
A--------------------------------------|
D-5-5--5-5/10-10--10-10\3-3-3/8-8-8-12-|
the last couple notes here are wrong, but I can't
  figure them out...

RIFF A Again

D-8--8-8--8-10-10--10-10-6-6--6-5-3-1-3-0-|
A-8--8-8--8-10-10--10-10-6-6--6-5-3-1-3-0-|
D-8--8-8--8-10-10--10-10-6-6--6-5-3-1-3-0-|
This is played a couple times.

RIFF D
e--------------------|
B--------------------|
G--------------------|
D-5*----5-5-5-5-6-6_-|
A-5*----5-5-5-5-6-6_-|
D-5*----5-5-5-5-6-6_-|
Mute the strings after playing the second 6

Now play the chorus riff, on only the low D string
End with 5 instead of 0 and let it ring.
Listen to the song to get the right idea.

Then RIFF C
Chorus Riff A again

The heavy guitar solo is like this:
D-0--0-0-0-0--0--0-0-|
A-0--0-0-0-0--0--0-0-|
D-0--0-0-0-0--0--0-0-|
   . . . .
Mute the strings where the dots are
don't actually palm mute the notes

Then the chorus riff is played palm muted,
then open again as Jay begins singing

This next part I'm not totally sure on but here goes:
D-8-10-10--10-10-7-7--7-7-9-9--9-9-8-8-8-8-0-5-|
A-8-10-10--10-10-7-7--7-7-9-9--9-9-8-8-8-8-0-5-|
D-8-10-10--10-10-7-7--7-7-9-9--9-9-8-8-8-8-0-5-|
The timing on this riff is super tricky.

This is a very hard song to play, as far as tallman songs go. You may need to
practice it many times, and I'm sure it's not even that great of a tab anyway.
If you play what's in this tab and it doesn't sound right, check your tuning.
