R.E.M.
Song: Disappear
Album: Reveal

intro guitar riff:
E---------------------------------------------||
B-------1---------0----------1---------0------||
G-----2---2-----0---0------2---2-----0---0---.||
D-0h2-------0h2--------0h2-------0h2---------.||
A---------------------------------------------||
E---------------------------------------------||

during the second time around during this riff, another guitar plays a
lot of harmonics on the high strings at the 5th fret, kinda like this:

E-<5>--------------------<5>-----------------|
B-----<5>-----<5>------------<5>-------------|
G---------<5>-----<5>-----------<5>----------|
D---------------------<5>--------------------|
A--------------------------------------------|
E--------------------------------------------|
while this isn't exactly what is played, it's the gist of it. listen to
the song to hear how much to do the harmonics...

verse:
(Am) (during the first few lines of the verse)
 C C/B Am ("that had not yet appeared")

(during that C-C/B-Am progression, more of the 5th-fret harmonics are
played.)

chorus:
G D C Bm Em

bridge:
G F Em D
G F Em Em

repeat intro, then go back to verse.

End on Em.

C/B: x20010
