I suggest playing with your ring finger for the 02xxxx and your
first and third finger for the 13xxxx so you can move it quickly

I'm not sure what chords are played after this where Mark sings
"Give a little garden for the growing seeds
There's gotta be someone who'll pull the weeds"
The end is being played with a wah-wah pedal.
It does sound like the chorus is played again under the wah-wah.
