I am pretty sure this is right. I watched him play it on his DVD, and I went from there.

 The Strumming Pattern is:

  d--3-3-3-3-3-3
  A--3-3-3-3-3-3
  F--0-0-0-0-0-0
  C--0-0-0-0-0-0
  G--2-2-2-2-2-2
  D--3-3-3-3-3-3
     D D U U D U

   Verse:

 G - F - C/G

At the end of the C/G Chord he sometimes adds:

   d-------------------|
   A-------------------|
   F------0-0h2-0------|
   C--0h2---------2p0--|
   G-------------------|
   D-------------------|

The Chorus is:

   d-------------------------------------------|
   A-------------------------------------------|
   F-------------------------------------------|
   C----------------------5--4-----4--4h5p4p0--|
   G----4--5--4--4h5p4p0--------5--------------|
   D--5----------------------------------------|

       People watching In the street.......

   d---------------| d---------------|
   A---------------| A---------------|
   F---------------| 3 Times F---------------|
   C------0h3p2p0--| C---------------|
   G--0h3----------| G--3s5--3s5--3--|
   D---------------| D---------------|

At the end, he plays the same above, and then slaps the 12th fret harmonics.

This is as much I got from the DVD. Feel free to email with any corrections.
