Song: Save Your Scissors
Band: Dallas Green
Album:
Tabbed by: Alejandro D'Brot
alexbrot@hotmail.com

p= pull-off
h= hammer-on
/= slide up
\= slide down

Tuning: EBDGCe - Capo on 4th Fret

NOTE: This is the tunning Dallas uses to play the song live, so that he can do the
little melody while strumming, but it's probably the tunning he uses in the recorded
version as well.

Also, this is a freakin complicated song to tab. The whole song is played with full
strumming -all strings- except some of the chords in the intro and verse.

[ intro ]

e|----3--2p0----------------3--2p0----------------3/5-3p2p0---------------------------------|
C|----0------4-2p0----------0------4-2p0----------0---------4-2p0---------------------------|
G|--0-0------------4-2p0--0-0------------4-2p0----0---------------4-2p0-2/4-2---------------|

B|--0-0-------------------0-0-------------------0-0-----------------------------------------|
E|--3-3-------------------3-3-------------------0-0-----------------------------------------|

e|----3-2p0-----------------3--2p0----------------3/5-3p2p0----------------------------------|
C|----0------4-2p0----------0------4-2p0----------0---------4-2p0----------------------------|
G|--0-0------------4-2p0--0-0------------4-2p0----0---------------4-2p0-2/4-2----------------|

B|--0-0-------------------0-0-------------------0-0------------------------------------------|
E|--3-3-------------------3-3-------------------0-0------------------------------------------|

....the chords that are shown are the main chords, so play around these. In other
words, play the melody with the fingers you have available WHILE playing the chord.
Always for the first chords, only play the top strings.

OR if you want, another guitar can play the melody, while you play the chords (like
in the recorded version):

e|---3--0------3--0-----|
C|---0--0------0--0-----|
G|---0--0- x2 -0--0- x2-|
D|---0--0------0--0-----|
B|---0--0------0--0-----|
E|---3--3------0--0-----|

[ verse ]

e|----3--2---------------3--2---------------3--2---------------3--2------------|
C|----0----4-2-----------0----4-2-----------0----4-2-----------0----4-2--------|
G|--0-0--------4-2-0---0-0--------4-2-0---0-0--------4-2-0---0-0--------4-2-0--|
D|--0-0----------------0-0----------------0-0----------------0-0---------------|
B|--0-0----------------0-0----------------0-0----------------0-0---------------|
E|--3-3----------------3-3----------------0-0----------------0-0---------------|

...as with the intro, strum the melody over the chords shown.

To lead to the chorus, strum this instead of the last part of the verse.

e|----0------0-------|
C|----0------0-------|
G|----2/4----2-------|
D|----0------0-------|
B|----0------0-------|
E|----0------0-------|
