94 Hours Bass Tab by As I Lay Dying, www.Ultimate-Guitar.Com

My second tab, there are a few good ones up already, but i dont like
how jumpy they are, like jumping from 3 to seven back to 3 to 5...meh,
i like this way a little better, same notes, played a little
diffrently...here it goes

Intro Part 1:
play this following the drums, this song has alot of drum following so
dont follow the guitar completely, keep in mind though, this part
follows both, and btw this part is played kind of fast, listen to the
song for timing...

F|---------------------------------------------------------|
C|----2-3-2-0----3-3-3-2-2-2-0----2-3-2-0----3-3-3-2-2-2-0-|
G|---------------------------------------------------------|
C|---------------------------------------------------------|

Intro Part 2/Verse:
This part is played almost souly on the guitar, so easy timing, since
this is bass and more for rythem than tone, i dont see fit to use the
pull offs that the guitar uses, its an effect that the bass dosent show
when backing a guitar, so here is my way of playing this bit...

F|---2---0--------------2---0------------|
C|-3---3---3-2h3p2-0--3---3---2-2-2-2-0--|
G|---------------------------------------|
C|---------------------------------------| x4

Breakdown Part 1:
No guitar following once so ever in this part, pay close attention to
the double bass kicks, because in this part that is what you follow.
Reason why, the pinch harmonics and the little upside down type chords
are meant to sound like they are, somewhat high pitched, so why
complement them with bass?, that would throw off the song...so heres
what to play

F|--------|-------------------|
C|--------|-------------------|
G|--------|-------------------|
C|-0~---0-|-00000----00000----| x4

Breakdown Part 2:
Once again follow the double bass kicks, which in this part is also
following guitar but dont go by the tab as much as the bass drum on the
song

F|-----------------------|
C|-----------------------|
G|-----------------------|
C|-00000----00000---12/0-|

F|--------------| For this part i am not saying how many times fore i
C|--------------| havent a clue, just play it by ear, its a breakdown,
G|--------------| its hard to put rythem in a tab, so figure it out,
C|-00000-00000--| im sure you probaly have on your own by now...

Verse 2:
Same as verse 1

F|---2---0--------------2---0------------|
C|-3---3---3-2h3p2-0--3---3---2-2-2-2-0--|
G|---------------------------------------|
C|---------------------------------------| x4

Bridge:
Follows guitar here but still a little on the drums for rythem

F|------------------------------|
C|-------2-3-3-5-5-5-3-2--------|
G|-----------------------5-4----|
C|-0-0-0------------------------| x4

Follows guitar here as well, but only guitar

F|------------------------|
C|------------------------|
G|------------------------|
C|-0~--0~--8~--10~--7~----| x2

Follows guitar here also, but the bass kick is there aswell

F|-----------------------------------|
C|-----------------------------------|
G|-----------------------------------|
C|-000--000-000--888--101010--777----| x4

And finnaly end on
