Sound: Lola Ray opened up for Good Charlotte that night, only because the original band that was supposed to play (Sum 41) cancled due to Derryk being sick. The over all sound of Lola Ray was pretty good, but the guitarist/singer broke a string on the second song they played and had to wait for a new guitar, bringing the the sound down a little bit. Also during Good Charlotte's portion, Joel's mic kept shorting out or something making feedback noises and crunchy noises. The sound over all was pretty good besides those facts. // 8
Perfomance: I enjoyed the show but it would have been better if Sum 41 would have showed up, because that was really the only reason I wanted to go. Good Charlotte was actually pretty decent for me not liking them that much, they opened with the Anthem and towards the end of the show Benji came out with his acoustic guitar and performed Emotionless and Wounded, which were two depressing songs, but still good. Lola Ray was introduced to me that night, I dont know any of their songs but they were pretty good and really energetic. Good Charlotte didn't have enough energy for me delights, they didn't really jump around or anything like most bands tend to do. // 6
Impression: The concert was in the Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington, which seemed very empty without a basketball court being in there. My over all impression of the show was that it was pretty good, I think it was worth about half the $25 I paid for it, just because I only went to see Sum 41. Hopefully they will come back some time soon, cuz I would really pay to see that show, or even Good Charlotte and Lola Ray. // 8
