Tim Yeung Featured In Drum! Magazine

Divine Heresy’s Tim "The Missile" Yeung (ex-All That Remains, Nile, Hate Eternal, Vital Remains) is finally getting the notoriety he so greatly deserves upon landing a three-page DRUM! Magazine feature. The article features an in-depth interview with Yeung and a breakdown on how to play sections of the track “This Threat Is Real,” alongside a glowing review of his performance on the group’s highly acclaimed debut offering, Bleed The Fifth. This feature can be found in DRUM! Magazine’s issue #139, which is on stands now.

Tim Yeung is a genre-defying artist, and this 28-year old phenomenon is easily one of the most skilled players in the extreme metal genre, winning 2006’s Axis Percussion's "World's Fastest Drummer" competition.

After years of slugging away and honing his craft throughout the death metal underground scene, Yeung was finally afforded the opportunity to bring his talents to a bigger platform upon joining up with Dino Cazares (co-founder of the legendary Fear Factory). The end result of that partnership was DIVINE HERESY, who took the metal world by storm after unleashing their highly acclaimed debut album, Bleed The Fifth, which further sees Yeung taking extreme metal drumming to an all new level.

Divine Heresy kicked off a month-long North American trek alongside Chimaira, Kataklysm and Terror on Nov. 14th. It marked their second tour in support of their highly acclaimed debut album Bleed The Fifth. The group recently annihilated crowds and garnered new legions of diehard fans on the “Operation: Annihilation” tour with Static-X, Shadows Fall and 3 Inches of Blood.
