jesus, calm down. They're missing some good stuff, but I've always dug the more experimental stuff. Very influential band though, they more than deserve a greatest hits.

Radiohead actually wanted to release one, but EMI pretty much said "screw you" and made a quick money maker.

THis exact news article was posted a few weeks ago.

Why do radiohead care so much? They'll become EVEN RICHER because of it, and will be more well known/

Radiohead aren't in it for the money and care about artistic creativity and proper presentation of their material. If I were in Radiohead's situation I'd be pissed off at the lack of care that EMI has for a band that provided them with a lot of money and a lot of publicity. EMI should show the same respect to Radiohead that Radiohead showed to them. Sounds like a major case of sour grapes to me. Added this CD to the "will not buy" list.

I'd rather one made by radiohead themselves rther than this EMI one, but to be fair, the songs on it ARE probably their best. But for the reasons Radiohead gave, I probably wont be buying this.

no, these songs are not their best as most people will agree here, Radiohead albums are meant to be listened to as a whole. That, and I HIGHLY doubt Radiohead would be as low as to release a greatest hits album

yeah, there were a lot of key songs they missed out on. Radiohead have some way better songs than the ones they put on there. imo, i wouldn't even consider buying this greatest hits if Life in a Glasshouse and Motion Picture Soundtrack weren't on it. Two of there best right there. I ain't buying this.

2 awesome songs, however not even Radiohead would put them on a greatest hits comp, much less the suits at EMI. I'm surprised and disappointed at the leaving-out of Planet Telex and also the lack of any of the other good Pablo Honey songs, besides Anyone Can Play Guitar, Creep can go **** itself.
